Bring Hope to Peru’s Forgotten Elders

Across the mountains and villages of Peru, thousands of elderly men and women are living their final years alone. Many have been abandoned by family who migrated to the cities. Others have survived hardship their entire lives, only to face hunger, sickness, and deep loneliness in old age.

Yet their hearts remain open. They long to be seen. They long to be known. They long to hear that they are loved.

You can be the reason they know that love today.

Our Mission

At Hope-Peru, we serve elderly Peruvians who have been left alone and unseen. We believe every person deserves dignity, care, and the chance to encounter the transforming love of Christ.

We provide:

  • Nutritious meals

  • Clothing and essential supplies

  • Access to medical care

  • Connecting elders to local churches

  • Prayer, companionship, and presence

We not only meet practical needs—we restore hope, dignity, and belonging in Jesus’ name.

Meet Dolores

Dolores is 82. She spent her life working the fields to provide for her children. Today, those children have moved on. She lives in a one-room clay house with no running water. She often goes days without a full meal. And she hasn’t had a visitor in months.

When our team met Dolores, she said:

“I was ready to die. I thought God had forgotten me.”

But today, Dolores smiles again. She receives weekly food support. Volunteers visit her, pray with her, listen to her stories. She is now part of a local church—her church family knows her by name.

This is the transformation your generosity makes possible.

This Work Cannot Wait

Why Now?

These beloved seniors are reaching the final years of life. Many have never heard the Gospel. The window to share the love of Christ is open now — but it is closing soon.
